Or been swayed to support a certain political candidate because of it? “Even if you’ve never opened the app,” Sapna Maheshwari writes in the featured article, “you’ve lived in a culture that exists downstream of what happens there.” In this interactive guide, you’ll explore 19 ways TikTok has changed the United States — whether through Hollywood, the music industry, the news, school, mental health or politics.
